Cavernous malformations are an abnormal, irregularly shaped, thin-walled group of blood vessels, that simulate the shape of a blackberry. The first reports of pineal tumors date back to 1961, and they constitute less than 1% of all tumor locations published in the literature. By 2020, there had been only 26 cases reported in the entire population, including pediatric cases. Therefore, it is considered extremely rare. We present the case of a 39-year-old female patient with a surgical pineal tumor.
