Liver and kidney synchronic angiomyolipomas

Angiomyolipoma is the most frequent benign mesenchymal tumor of the kidney, but it is rare in the liver. We present the case of a 35-year-old woman with kidney and liver masses, both diagnosed as angiomyolipoma.
